Need to Register?

To access and use the tools and downloads in this section, health professionals must register to receive a login username and password. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have registered.

Here is a sample of the tools that you will find inside the health professionals login area:
  • Kutcher Adolescent Depression Scale (KADS) - a validated tool that can helpidentify teens who have depression and who may be suicidal. Available in English, Spanish & Korean.
  • Clinical Assessment of Adolescent Depression (CAAD)
  • Tool for Assessment of Suicide Risk: Adolescent Version (TASR-A) - a tool that helps clinicians determine the ‘burden of risk' for young people who may be suicidal. Available in English & Spanish.
